The Process

Four steps. Full transparency.

No black boxes, no vague promises. Here's exactly how we work.

i.
Audit & Qualify
We analyze every one-star review and flag the ones violating Google's 12 policy categories.
ii.
Build the Case
Each flagged review gets a documented violation case. Generic flagging gets denied; strategic disputes win.
iii.
Submit & Escalate
Filed through Google's official dispute channels. Some come down in 48 hours, others in weeks.
iv.
Bill on Success
You pay only when a review actually comes down. Transparent reports on every submission.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Can you really remove any negative Google review?
No. Google only removes reviews that violate one of their 12 official content policies — spam, fake content, off-topic, conflicts of interest, hate speech, harassment, personal info, and a few others. We pursue reviews that have a documented policy violation. Legitimate negative reviews from real customers cannot be removed (and any service claiming otherwise is putting your profile at risk).
What does "billed only on success" actually mean?
You sign a service agreement and we begin the dispute process. If a review comes down, you're billed the per-review rate for your tier. If it doesn't come down, you owe nothing for that review. No deposit, no retainer, no upfront fees of any kind.
How long does the removal process take?
It varies. Clear policy violations like spam or off-topic reviews often come down within 48 hours. More nuanced cases involving harassment, conflicts of interest, or competitor attacks can take 2–4 weeks. We escalate when Google's first decision doesn't match the evidence. You get a status update on every submission.
Is this safe for my Google Business Profile?
100%. We only use Google's official dispute and escalation channels. No bots, no fake flags, no shady tactics that could earn a suspension. Disputes are filed through your verified profile and are completely discreet — there's no marker on your profile indicating a removal service was involved.
What if Google removes the review and the reviewer reposts it?
If a removed review reposts within 14 days, we re-dispute it at no additional charge. Repeat offenders are also flagged for ongoing monitoring on the Platinum tier, so we catch reposts before you do.
How do I find the link to a specific review?
On desktop: search your business on Google Maps, click into your reviews, find the review you want removed, click the three-dot menu (⋮) next to it, and choose "Share review." Copy the link that appears. On mobile: open the Google Maps app, find your business, tap the review, then tap the share icon. If you can't find the link, no problem — just paste a description of the review text in the form and we'll find it.
What kind of businesses do you work with?
Restaurants, healthcare practices, law firms, contractors, hotels, automotive shops, and any local service business where Google reviews drive revenue. If reviews influence whether someone picks up the phone, this works for you.
